Triple Tree Solutions was built on the core principles of speed, transparency, and accuracy. However, after working with various clients, we discovered our key strength: customizability.
In the summer of 2017, during a DTB summit, Triple Tree caught the attention of a renowned textile testing and certification institute, with over 75 years of experience. They came to us wanting to discover new innovations in the textile industry and this was the starting point of a two-month collaboration between the two companies to understand their needs better. This eventually led to an updated version of our flagship product: QUONDA.
The “rebooted” version of QUONDA was a fully Vertical Integration SaaS model, not made for one particular client, but rather any entity in the manufacturing industry. Our dedicated development team formulated this new version with nine key areas of inspection in mind:

By aggregating results from these key areas, we were able to provide our clients with a holistic overview of their inspection process with real time updates from supplier to brand, saving time and money, as well as increasing efficiency and transparency. With our solution, we could also accumulate data showing how much deviation there was in the production process. This was in stark contrast to the traditional quality inspection process which consisted of inspectors filling out long, tedious paper-based reports, resulting in a stream of decentralized information.

Further conversations with other clients led us to another realization. Each client is unique, with different organization sizes and production demands. Many of them needed a mix of our nine key areas. For example, some clients focused solely on the ‘Workmanship Inspection,’ while others used three or four modules due to the larger size of their operations. Secondly, as these brands grew from a domestic to an international level, their inspection needs also changed. They required additional modules in their inspection process to keep up with their growth.
These patterns showed us how customizability was an important factor for QUONDA usage. Each client was at a different stage in their growth and would need a different ‘mix’ of modules from QUONDA. We noticed this trend, and adapted to it. Now, QUONDA can build for our clients their perfect ‘recipe’ for the inspection process. Our solution can also be scaled along with their business, so as they grow, so does QUONDA, with addition modules being added on as needed.
Our new approach to the inspection process is what separates us from other players in the industry. Rather than providing a one size fits all solution to all of our clients like most of the competition, we at Triple Tree work tirelessly to meet all the needs of our client base.
